Returns Policy

This policy defines the conditions for product returns.

• Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, as verified by carrier tracking.
• Condition: The product must be in its original, unaltered, and unused condition. All original packaging, documentation, and included components must be present. Jigs and tools must show no signs of use (e.g., no drill marks, machining debris, or finish wear).
• Process: To initiate a return, email support@newpolymer80premiumpolymerpistolframesand80percentlowerreceiverswithbuildkitsjigstoolsandar15componentsshop.com with your order number and the product SKU. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Returns shipped without an RMA will be refused.
• Restocking: A 15% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns to account for inspection and repackaging labor. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
