Shipping Policy

Our shipping procedures are designed for predictable delivery.

• Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Verification of shipping address against payment method may add up to 24 hours.
• Carriers & Tracking: We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, selected based on destination for optimal transit time. A tracking number is provided via email upon carrier pickup.
• International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside the United States. Shipping is restricted to the 50 U.S. states.
• Delivery Timelines: Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier at the time of tracking generation. Delays outside our processing window are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
