Terms of Sale

These terms govern all purchases from FrameSmith.

• Ordering: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance is confirmed via order confirmation email. All transactions are denominated in US Dollars (USD).
• Pricing: Prices are as listed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to shipment. All sales are final unless subject to the defined Returns Policy.
• Intellectual Property: All product designs, technical drawings, logos, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of FrameSmith or our manufacturing partners. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
• Limitation of Liability: Components sold are for final machining and assembly by the end-user in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. FrameSmith's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from assembly, use, or misuse.
